Ines completed her Master of Clinical Psychology and Doctor of Philosophy at the University of Western Australia. Her doctoral thesis examined the Role of Trait Anxiety and Attentional Bias to Negative Information in Intrusion Vulnerability Following an Acute Negative Event.

Ines works with adult individuals and couples. She is committed to helping individuals navigate their mental health journeys with compassion and curiosity. Her practice is built on an integrative approach to therapy, combining evidence-based techniques from various therapeutic models to tailor treatment to each client's unique needs. With specialized training under the Couples Institute Developmental Model, Ines uses this model to identify the underlying dynamics in relationships, fostering deeper connection and facilitating positive change.
